        banyak makan protein bun kaya telur, ati, daging merah, ayam, ikan dll itu bagus untuk ngeboost bbj. kalau bisa jgn ngeboos bbj pakai yg manis2 terlalu banyak ya bun, takutnya nanti jadi diabetes gestasional. kalo susu boleh tp mending yg UHT less sugar saja bun, soalnya kalo susu hamil jg banyak gulanya.
