Kaki Bengkak Pasca melahirkan

Bunda² sekalian, saya mau tanya dong.. Saat hamil saya tidak mengalami pembengkakan, þp setelah lahiran justdu terjadi pembengkakakn di kaki. Apakah ini hal yg wajar? Mohon tanggapannya yaa bund??

    Kalo tidur kakinya dialasin bantal supaya lebih tinggi, dan usahakan kalo duduk dikursi kaki jangan menggantung
