Low Grade Fever after MMR shot

My 9 month old baby just received his first dose of MMR vaccine this morning. Then he developed a low grade fever (37.7 C) this afternoon. Is this normal? Will be appreciating your answer. Thank you.

we had our mmr yesterday as per our pedia, possible ang fever a week after. not sure if its the same case for your lo since my daughter is already 4yo
