DIABETIC (TIPS FOR MEAL PLAN)

Hi mga mamas. Meron po ba ditong diabetic even before pa mag buntis and mas lumala ngayon na buntis kayo? Hingi lang po sana ako ng tips and meal plans niyo para ma control yung pagtaas ng sugar. I already talked to my endocrinologist and we're monitoring my sugar 6x a day before and after eating then mag test ulit ako para malaman if I need insulin na ☹️ Medyo hirap po ako sa meal plan, yung mga nasa Google medyo very pang youtuber ang peg kaya parang di pang everyday food.
