Second trimester @15weeks

I am 15weeks pregnant to our first baby and I am having difficulties like nausea and vomitting. Hindi rin ako makain at sobrang pihikan. Anything that is like too much kahit fluid ay isusuka ko. Every morning masakit yung taas ng balakang and experiencing pain and uneasiness in my pelvic. Anyone experiencing the same?

Ganyan din po ako nung preggy. Take Gaviscon chewable po before and after meals or consult your OB na din po. Pakonti konti lang po ang kain pero madalas.
