kekurangan kalsium

Buibu mau nanya dong makanan dan minuman apa yg membuat nambah kalsium apa aja ya?soalnya babyku kekurangan kalsium sedangkan usia kandung udh 30w dan saya harus kejar sampe batas normal kalsium. Makasih buibu
