    Normal bun badan pegal" saat hamil....sy setiap malam sll di pijetin ama suami pundak batas punggung dan kaki juga di pijat.lah klo kaki yg pegal ya boleh lah di pijat asal yg di pijat jangan pinggang dan perut aja
