Sore bun sya baru beberapa hari gabung dg aplikasi ini... Bun tolong kasih saran, saya hamil 35mngg hari k 1 mf usia hamil segitu apakah bunda2 ada yg ngalami susah BAB gt terus BABnya seperti biji2 salak gt...??

    Bundsay kurang serat tandanya, dan sembelit, Coba makannya yg tinggi serat, banyak minum air putih, minum yakult 2x sehari, trus makan buah2an yg banyak airnya, jangan pepaya yaa bundsay
