medicine for toothache

What kind of medicine or remedies that i need if i have a toothache because they said it is bad to remove your teeth while you are pregnant

Mumog lang po muna ng maligamgam ng tubig na may asin.. tiis tiis lang... hmm pero nung buntis ako ngyari yan sakin one time ang ginawa ko.. super cold compress po sa pisnge ko sa part kung saan masakit talaga yun ipin ko.. medyo nakakagaan naman ng pakiramdam..
