Cow’s milk or goat’s milk?

Hi mummies, My baby seems to take in Enfamil formula milk quite well. But I heard goat’s milk (Karihome) is good for babies too. Any thoughts on this? Is it really better? & Why is it better?

dont change something that is perfectly ok. if your baby is taking enfamil well then dont change it. it might be the worst decision you ever made. trust me.

Am I a ‘bad’ mother?

I can’t help but it gets to me at times that my milk supply is decreasing & i’m giving formula milk to my 1 month old baby. I think mainly it’s because of stress. Am I able to bond with my child without breastfeeding her? Am I a ‘bad’ mom for not being able to give my breastmilk to her? Are there any ways or tips for me to make myself feel better or to get through this? It’s been in my head & it’s saddening….

Formula milk or breast milk is ok. As long as baby is healthy. I dun have enuf to provide for my child as well. Dun be too stress… i went thru the same ting in the earlier days… now let go abit

First time mom here. Am 38 weeks 4 days. Just had what I think is bloody show hahaha. Had my cervix checked yesterday morning & was at 1-2cm dilation. Brown discharge started at midnight. Any idea if I should head to the hospital now or shall I wait for contractions or waterbag burst first?

Never had menses cramps before

Just curious…. My period has been very irregular. Could come 1 month after the last one or 2-4 months after. The longest was 4 months. I have never experienced menses cramps before so I’m not sure how it feels like. Are there anyone that is like me or am I just weird? Hahaha 😅 Am 38 weeks preggy now. I’ve read a lot of mummies saying that labour contractions could start out like menses cramps. But I’ve never experienced it before so I’m just clueless & waiting for any signs of labour to come. So far not yet……….

i also dont really have menses cramp..so contractions was horrible to me

WEEK 38 - Contractions

I’ve read that some mummies had frequent BH contractions & it turns out that it was real contractions for labour. How do we differentiate? & are there really real contractions that are bearable that we can’t know the difference?

so far BH will go away..contractions wont go away hahha..it will get more intense and closer together..u have to time it..i went hosp when it was 15 mins apart
