rutinitas pagi aku bun, sarapan minum sumil udah kenyang banget bisa tahan sampai jam 11 siang. ada yg kayak aku sarapan cukup minum sumil / ga makan berat?

    Saya ga minum sumil, tp tiap pagi minum fresh milk biasa, trs palingan cm makan buah 2-3 potong sampe makan siang jam 12. Tp memang sblm hamil ga pernah sarapan jd kebiasa
