I have baby girl, di sya masyado magalaw pero stable naman ang heartbeat nya. Di ko alam kung nag ooverthink lang ba ako or di ko lang maramdaman yung galaw nya. Pag gumalaw naman sya malakas for like 20 minutes. Normal lang ba yon? Wala akong contractions naglalakad lakad ako tuwing umaga at hapon.

monitor fetal movement after eating. ako, after lunch and dinner. at least 10 movements per hour.
