menjelang 40minggu tapi belum merasakan kontraksi

Assalamualaikum bunda2 semua... Normal gak ya usia kehamilan saya sudah 39minggu 5hari, hari ini...tapi belum merasakan kontraksi sama skali...katanya bidan kalo 40minggu belum lahiran d suruh usg lagi...hpl 19des besok...gimana ya biar cepet lounching debay nya?
