Minum es saat hamil

Assalamualaikum.. Selamat malam.. Bunda" yg cantik.. Sy mau tanya.. Sy bawaannyaa pingin minumm es terus bun.. Lg mual muntah terus.. Dan nnt klo abis mual diminumin es tu rasanyaa kayak adem gitu perutnya.. Bahaya g sih bun?? Usia kehamilan sy 12 weeks.. Makasih bun.. 😊😊

    Gapapa sbenernya mnum es. Asal ga berlebihan aja.. Tpi klo bsa jngn tiap hari konsumsi es nya bun.. Dikurang i dikit2 aja..
