kaki linu sekali bikin susah tidur .

Bun setiap siang dan malam saya selalu mengalami kesulitan untuk tidur , selalu timbul rasa linu yg sangat ngilu di bagian lipatan lutut . Bunda ada yg mengalami ini ? Dan ada yg tau cara untuk mengatasinya bun ?
