Dari nafsu makan bertambah jadi semakin berkurang dan mual

Bun, saya pas hamil masih 5 minggu sampai 7 minggu nafsu makan bertambah dan makanan apapun masuk, tapi 7 minggu lebih malah nafsu makan berkurang, sekarang udah hamil 8 minggu malah gak nafsu makan dan malah mual mual terus.. Adakah yang ngalami kayak saya?? Mungkin ada tips bun..
