Tidur kanan boleh ?

Hi semua mommies .. now perut dh makin besar . Dh 20 minggu (5 bulan).. skrg makin kerap rasa bby bergerak. Asyik sakit bhgian blkg je . Kdg tidur x lena sbb time baring telentang tu perut rasa senak . Pusing kiri berat . Kanan je better sikit .. but dpt notification dari apps ni , kata tido belah kiri lgi better utk nutrients and oxygen KPD bby .. persoalan skrg , tido kanan xkn bgi kesan sampingan buruk kn dekat bby ?
