Pakai KB apa setelah melahirkan sesar 4x

Saya usia 39tahun. Anak pertama SD ke empat semua Cesar, tp setelah nya suami melarang KB atau steril. Usia anak 14 th,10th 4th dan 3 bulan. Apakah sebaiknya saya steril atau KB pakai apa ya.
