No Heartbeat @ 5 weeks

Nasa 5th week na po ako nang preganancy ko but no heartbeat pa po c baby. Any thoughts? Thank you.

Worried

Sept 8 nag start yung spotting ko, nag PT ako by sept 10-negative. Nag try ako ulit by sept 14-positive na both PT ans Serum PT. Until now dinudugo pa din ako. 11 days na.Brownish po yung dugo. Normal ba to?thanks
