Hello po mga mi, ano po kayang pwedeng gawin to lessen po yung pagsusuka? Madalas din po ako wala din po akong gana kumain at unhealthy food pa po trip ko kung minsan. Pa-suggest naman po ng nga food na pwedeng itry or healthy kainin. Thank you. (first time mom)

    same po tayo. iwas lang po sa mga pagkain o amoy na nakaka-trigger ng pagsusuka. iwas din po sa maasim at malamig para hindi mangasim sikmura. advice po sa akin ng OB ko, ipahinga muna yung tyan ng mga 4hrs pagkatapos sumuka then saka na lang kumain ulit. pakonti konti lang po ang kain pero madalas.
