14 minggu rasain kram/nyeri bagian bawah

Bun mau tanya masuk di tm 2 usia 14 minggu ad yg sama rasain nyeri/ kram perut bagian bawah kanan ? Padahal tm1 gg pernah nyeri/kram , itu normal gg ya ???
