Hello mga mommies. Normal lang ang ang laging naootot during 1st trimester? Naninibaguhan kc ako it's been 9yrs since last ako nabuntis. Nakaranas din b kayo?

Yes, pwede pong mangyari. Because of progesterone po, masrelaxed ang muscles natin, including the digestive system. Relaxed muscles = slower digestion = more time for gas to build up = burping/flatulence :)
