Breastmilk Supply

Mga mommies help naman po kung paano mag increase ang milk supply. I was only able to produce 4 oz of milk a day both breasts na po yan. Napilitan tuloy akong i mixed feed si baby. Ngayon gusto ko sanang i work out yung pagppapadami ko ng milk, lahat naman na ng napapanuod ko sa Youtube at nababasa kong article about increasing supply ginawa ko na. Pero wala padin. Sana po may mga advices po kayong mabigay sa akin. Salamat po. ❤️❤️❤️

if newborn pa si baby di pa talaga sobrang dami ng milk. unlilatch if you can as breastmilk production follows the law of suppy and demand.
