Ruam kemarahan diarea leher

Malam bunda semua, ini anak ipar saya punya semacam biang keringat gitu disekitar leher. Lehernya kemerahan dan seperti ada bentuk Pulau gitu/bentuknya bulat². Apa ini biang keringat atau bukan ya Bun? Mohon solusinya dong bunda². Udah dikasi baby cream tapi gak mempan sama sekali. Takutnya ini bukan biang keringat. Terimakasih🙏🏼😊
