Mual muntah

Saya hamil 6 minggu, mual banget sampai gak bisa makan apa2, nyemil pun susah :"( Ada saran makanan apa yg bisa dimakan untuk mual ini? Kasian dedek di kandungan belum makan dari kemarin :""(

    coba bunda makan ap yg menurut bunda pengen. stidaknya perut jgn smpe kosong, kasian dedeknya jg berpengaruh sma sistem pencernaan bunda sndiri
