Hb low lagi! 10.2 je 😢

Makin turun hb dh 31mgu.. Makan sayur, buah, daging semua dh ikut nurse bg list.. Tapi still bacaan xcantik.. Haritu dh start ambil vco.. Ingatkan naik sikit.. Tapi sama turun.. Dari 10.4 skrg 10. 2 stress nya! Umur 30tahun 1st time anak Berat 54.5, tinggi 170cm
