        jaga makan, jaga emosi, rse letih tu normal.. amalkn folic acid dan iron. maybe puan akn mengalami morning sickness and akn kurang selerA mkn.. so nasihat sy bykkn makan buah.. / mknn selain nasi.. sbb kita dh xde selera.
