Kerap masuk angin

Hi mummy, saya dh T2 kali kerap masuk angin Nk kene minum ape ya. Perut ashik kembung je. Saya dh minum teh halia tapi tak menjadi saya tetap kembung. #kerapkembung

    -Elakkan makanan yang pedas, berminyak dan berangin yang menyumbang perut kembung.. -lakukan senaman ringan seperti berjalan kaki. -pengambilan gaviscon dibolehkan.
