11 months coughing and flu for 2 weeks, Should bring to polyclinics?

Cough and flu for 11 months baby

You can bring to poly or normal GP. Usually for 11 months medication like Prospan Cough Syrup or Flu Med will be given. However subject to prescription from doctor.

Back pain during 16 weeks of Pregnancy

Is it normal to always have this back pain during 16 weeks of pregnancy? And difficult to sleep at night till we get the right position..

yes it’s normal but should avoid sleeping on your back from now on
