    biasanya bawaan hamil. tapi usahakan dihindari ya, cari peralihan yg positif, inget yg seneng seneng atau makan yang disuka atau yg lagi dipengen. krn janin lg pembentukan otak di usia segitu, ibunya jangan stres yaa
