Perlu tidak ya untuk yoga/senam hamil

Halo bund, mau minta saran dong, kalau untuk yoga hamil / senam hamil itu perlu enggak yaa? Soalnya hamil anak pertama, jadi masih bingung gapunya referensi 😆

    Ngaruh sih bun yoga hamil di aku, apalagi pas mulai TM2 pinggang punggung pegel dan encok🥲
