There’s no good or bad milk, just suitable or not. My baby took NAN Optipro. You have to trial and error to see which brand is suitable. Common signs that it’s not suitable: Allergy/constipation/diarrhea

35 weeks n 4 days preg

I'm currently having pain in my stomach then it stops for awhile and it hit the pain again, what should I do?

It could be contraction. Download the app - contraction timer (in mint green). Time yourself whenever the pain comes back. If the contraction happens every 5 minutes or less, it could be labour coming. If it doesn’t, then it’s false contraction. Just your body preparing for labour. You can let your gynae know during the check up.

asking those who used it before and really see the difference in them

I used 3 tubes but I don’t think it helps with brightening the armpits. I only used because it’s pregnancy friendly.
