Saya preggy 20w macam mane ye nak naikkan HB? Asyik drop je. Sekarang HB 11.3, dah kene beleter dengan nurse KK. #bantusharing #firstbaby

Hi mommy. Saya punya hb masa pregnant pun naik turun. Nurse yang sarankan saya makan bayam, buah jambu. Tetapi disamping itu boleh rotate juga makan makanan sayur dan buah lain yang tinggi dengan zat besi. Moga sihat selalu ya mommy 💕
