Bayi tidak BAB 3 hari

Bun,bayi saya umur 2 bulan. Selama ini bayi saya BAB nya lancar,bgtu kenyang mnum ASI dia BAB 3-4 kali sehari.. dr kmren lusa dia blum BAB,kentut2 terus.. bau kentutnya juga ga enak.. ada yg pernah ngalami seperti saya?
