Susah Tidur

Hai bunda, ini kehamilan pertamaku. Usia kehamilanku 6 minggu. Alhamdulillah sampai sekarang gak ngerasain mual muntah, tapi kadang cuma ngerasain pusing. Dan kalo malem sering banget kebangun terus susah tidur lagi, juga ngerasain badan pegel. Ada gak sih bunda-bunda yg ngerasain hal yang sama? Dan gimana caranya bunda-bunda ngatasin susah tidur dan pegel ketika tidur saat hamil? Boleh dong share pengalamannya. Terimakasih
