Jumlah kuantiti air

Boleh sy dpt kepastian, berapa liter jumlah kuantiti air 0 yg diperlukan semasa mengandung..btw kandungan baru mencecah 10 weeks...sblm mengandung sy mampu minum air 0 2.5L-3L /day..tp sejak mengandung sy hnya dpt minum pling tinggi 2L/day..trm ksh. #bertanya
