Weeks 10 scanning

Dearest mummy's,at 10weeks anyone encounter doing ultrasound but doc couldn't detect heartbeat? After which still succeed in next scanning?

Embryo may be having some issue. Doctor is the best one to confirm this. doctor will give you all info in next visit. i am not going to share my story here. coz it was having sad ending.
