Asalamualaikum bunda aku Hamil usia kehamilan 28w 4 hari sering ngerasain pegel badan di pinggang sama di kaki sama Bawaan nya tuh pngen di urut tapi ktanya gak boleh..apakah ada yg sudah ngerasain gimna cara meredakan pegel nya bun.

    aku cara ngatasinnya bund kadang tidur2an terus bantal aku taro di bawah pinggul sama bawah kaki
