Ano po pwedeng inuming vitamins i think 1 week plang to kasi nagpamedical po ako last march 14 , hndi nman nkita don if buntis ako. Advice naman po. Pero if icocount sa first menstration ko 4weeks nko preggy. D po ako makapagpacheck up wala po kming 4 wheels , motor lang po.. help nyo ko mga momshie thanks

Folic acid during earlier pregnancy. Much better to consult an Obgyne as much as possible.
