    kalsium ttep diminum kan bun? bisa jd itu salah satu ciri kurang kalsium bun.. kalau ga minum kalsium bisa diganti minum CDR yaa.. kalau msh sakit juga lebih baik k dokter gigi nya aja langsung bun
