Cara simpan ASIP

Bund mau tanya... Saya sedang bekerja di luar kota, sehingga tidak bisa menyusui langsung, akhirnya asi saya pompa dan saya masukin ke freezer. Perjalanan pulang ke rumah sekitar 4 jam. Bagaimana cara menyimpan asi ketika perjalanan? Pake cooler bag kah bund? Setelah sampe rumah apa harus segera dicairkan dan dikasih dedek? Terimakasih 🙏😇
