    Ohiyaa kak, kalau bisa kurangin makan nasi, roti, dan tepung2an yaa. Nasi mungkin bisa diganti beras merah atau kentang. Dan istirahat cukup dan jangan stress. Soalnya stress bikin gula darah naik
