Stress during pregnancy

Hi mga momsh, I'm 12 weeks pregnant and sobrang naiistress po ako everyday. Ano po bang ginagawa niyo kapag naiistress kayo? Ang dami ko kasing iniisip ngayon tapos medyo maselan pa yung pagbubuntis ko. Lahat na lang ng nangyayari stressful sa akin kaya lalo akong nalulungkot. #1stimemom #advicepls
