What can I give my 6 month old for constipation. She started solid two weeks ago.

Purée fruits, water etc. Do check with the pd if your lo has constipation for more than a week.

Still looking pregnant

I gave birth four and half months ago by c section but I still look pregnant. How can I lose belly fat? Can I go to gym?

Mostly after birth by c section will still look pregnant even after 1 yr.i also gave birth by c section.If you want to gym or do any exercise,is best check with doctor first.
