    HB disaat masa subur 2 hari sekali, makan makanan bergizi, konsumsi asam folat dan susu hamil/kurma muda/buah zuriat/madu promil, hindari asap rokok dan rokok bagi perokok aktif, hindari stres, istirahat yg cukuo jgn begadang
