Bayi tidak BAB 4hari

Siang bunda, bayiku usia 1,5 bulan udah 4hari sekarang belum BAB. Minum ASI saja.. Tapi alhamdulillah dia gk rewel dan masih sering pipis dan kentut, kira" masih normal atau mesti dipriksakan nih bun? Atau ada yg perna ngalamin kyak gini juga, bagi pengalaman dong bunda"?
