Heartburn & susah bernafas at week 14

Hi mommies . Nak tnya ada tak yg mengalami heartburn/pedih hulu hati and mcm susah bernafas? Walaupun kita makan on time or mcm perut full ke always rasa mcm pedih hulu hati mcm mkn benda yg pedas je all the time padahal tak pun .. is it normal 😢

Salam mommies nak tanya .. normal ke ada masalah untuk tidur lena waktu malam masa pregnant ni .. rasa seksa sangat susah nk tidur malam .. dahla alahan siang teruk .. smua serba tk kena aje 😓 #firstpreganancy
