Any freelance post natal massage to recommend? One that includes with breast and tummy slimming as well. And also if any one of u find bodyshaper wear useful in getting back to shape?

Massage after birth

Anyone has recommendation for good massage after birth that includes slimming the stomach and boobs massage too? Not too sure if after c-Sec 3 week the tummy slimming massage will still be effective? And will those shape wear be effective?
