Cant sleep because of sensitive smell
Hi moms! Im 19 weeks pregnant. Some nights I couldn’t sleep because of cooking oil smell (maybe the smell from the food factory). I tried to use essential oils, sprays, put oil in pillow all doesnt work— I ended up sleeping with a mask on, its uncomfortable..! Do any of you experiencing the same thing?
