Warm baths. Thats my relief because i found that the showers never did the trick and my husband was too hard on my back so it hurt so badly when he tried to massage it. But as soon as i laid down the bath my back would stop hurting and i would just feel so comfortable and relaxed. I am 25 weeks pregnant now and i still do it because it not only helps my back now but also my pelvis. Oh ya, the heating pad also is my bestfriend now 😂 if you dont have a heating pad, maybe you could try a hot water bottle. Best of luck sis ✌🏻
